How do I get an account?

To use LabelLogic Live, you must first have ordered at least one box of labels from Planglow Ltd, or an authorised reseller. After that, simply get in touch to request an account and within 24 working hours your login details will be emailed to you.

Can I cancel or change my subscription plan?

Yes, you are free to cancel or change your subscription plan at any time. Unused time remaining will be credited to your account.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept credit or debit card payments via MasterCard, Visa, American Express, JCB and Discover.
